Would you like to know if you can return an item purchased from the DEKASTORE online store?

Refund Information:

• You can return the item within 14 days of delivery;
• The product must not be used for other purposes, it must be intact;
• The goods must be presented in the original packaging of the manufacturer and without loss of presentation;
• All labels must be present with the product;
• The amount of the goods is returned to you without shipping costs;
• Refunds are not available for items purchased with a gift certificate.

How to return a product?

You can deliver the product(s) to the address: Ozo street 18, 08243 Vilnius. It can also be sent by courier, mail or delivered to the specified address during business hours.

The administration of DEKASTORE undertakes to inform the buyer within 14 days after receiving the returned product whether the product meets the return criteria. If the returned product meets these criteria, we undertake to return the money paid for it.

Important: If the order was paid through PayPal, then the refund will also be made to the PayPal account from which the payment was made.
